Banana Pancakes with cinnamon and chia seeds

My favourite pancakes for a lazy sunday morning

On normal workdays I never have a lot of time for breakfast, but on sundays, I love to make pancakes! Here is my favourite receipt for healthy and yummy pancakes filled with bananas, chia seeds, coconut and cinnamon (12 pancakes).

200g whole-grain flour
240ml milk
2-3 mashed bananas (the older the better)
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs coconut oil
a pinch salt
chia seeds
desiccated coconut

Mix it all together and add as much cinnemon, chia seeds, linseed and coconut as you like – I always use a LOT! šŸ˜€ Then bake little pancakes in a pan using coconut oil and enjoy šŸ™‚
